Refund Policy

01credits never expire
Purchased audit credits stay on your account until you use them. There is no expiry and no monthly fee.
02when a credit is used
A credit is consumed only when a submission is accepted and an audit is queued. If a submission is rejected — for example, an invalid or unsupported repository URL — the credit is returned to your balance automatically and immediately.
03failed audits
If an audit fails to complete because of a platform error, email us within 30 days with the audit ID and we will restore the credit.
04refunding a purchase
Unused pack: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and no credits from that pack have been used.
Partially used pack: within 14 days of purchase, we refund the unused credits at the per-audit rate of the pack you bought.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment provider and typically settle within 5–10 business days.
05free credits
Free sign-up credits have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable.
06how to request
Email ayaanmalik6099@gmail.com from your account email with the purchase reference (shown on your receipt). We respond within 3 business days.
